I concentrate my practice in zoning and land use matters, including a wide range of transactions and litigation before Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and other governmental agencies. I also assist individual and business clients to obtain land use and zoning permitting and approvals through filing, litigation, and appeals.

I began my legal career at the Philadelphia Law Department, representing the Health Department and Department of Licenses and Inspections in Municipal Court and Court of Common Pleas. Most recently, I represented the City’s Zoning Board of Adjustment in hearings and appeals.
